Janus International Group, Inc (NYSE: JBI) (\u201cJanus\u201d), a leading provider of cutting-edge access control technologies and building product solutions for the self-storage and other commercial and industrial sectors, today announced the promotion of Dianne Hammond to the position of Vice President of Inside Sales, Roc Hughes to the position of Vice President of Self-Storage Sales, and Dennis Owens to the position of Vice President of Commercial Sales.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
Dianne Hammond is the Vice President of Inside Sales for Janus International Group. Dianne has been with Janus since 2005 and has proven to be an essential member of the management team thanks to her immense industry knowledge and commitment to customer satisfaction.\u00a0 Prior to her appointment as Vice President, she served as the Director of Inside Sales. Dianne began her career in the door industry at DBCI, working the night shift as a team member, and was steadily promoted over a 6-year period to the Inside Sales Manager role. Through the course of Dianne\u2019s 25+ years in our industry, she has mentored and fostered many careers and currently leads a team of over 30 professionals.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
Roc Hughes serves as the Vice President of Self-Storage Sales for Janus International Group. Prior to this role, Hughes was the Vice President of Business Development for BETCO, a sister company to Janus International Group. In addition to these leadership roles, Hughes has brought his wealth of knowledge of the self-storage industry, as both supplier and owner, to the R3 and international sales teams. He\u2019s been a leader and mentor within the Janus family of brands for over 20 years.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
Dennis Owens serves as the Vice President of Commercial Sales for Janus International Group. Prior to this role, he excelled as the Director of Commercial Sales driving growth and innovation across the Janus family of commercial brands. Owens\u2019 career in the overhead door industry has spanned 40+ years across multiple disciplines including engineering, marketing, sales, and as the owner of a door manufacturing company and a commercial door distributorship.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
