In this case 410<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u2019 <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">by 425\u2019 for 4.0 acres.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">No special coverage limits for buildings or impervious regulations<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">There are no landscape requirements that can not be provided in the 30 side yards provided. Such as 50 feet of perimeter landscaping<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Parking is o<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">f<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"> 30\u2019 off the front property line and the front building yards is 50 feet or less. Sometimes but not likely. Often 5 acres is not enough because most properties do not get close to meeting the assumptions.
