The Colliers Self Storage Group is pleased to announce the sale of the A+ Storage located at 2689 Old Highway 31 North in Columbia, Tennessee. A+ Storage Spring Hill LP, sold the facility on March 30, 2021, to Angelo Gordon Real Estate Inc. A+ Storage | Spring Hill will continue to benefit from its close proximity to the 7.9 million square foot General Motors plant, which recently announced a $2 billion expansion.<\/p>\n
A+ Storage sits on approximately 4.52 acres and consists of a two-story management office and thirteen single-story buildings. The facility offers approximately 44,388 sf of non-climate units and 25,888 sf of climate-controlled units, ranging in size from 5’x5’ to 10’x30’.<\/p>\n
Ashley Compton, the national director of Colliers International’s Self Storage Group, represented the seller of the transaction.<\/p>\n
