The property was formerly occupied by Pets Warehouse. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">SNL Copiague LLC, an affiliate of SNL Storage, is planning to demolish part of the existing structure and construct a three-story, 38,890-square-foot self-storage facility on the site, according to its application with the Town of Babylon.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The company, which primarily develops self-storage facilities throughout the New York metropolitan area, has built two previous self-storage projects on Long Island in the last couple of years. SNL developed a 96,000-square-foot self-storage building at 500 Sunrise Highway in Patchogue and an 89,780-square-foot self-storage facility at 1640 Hempstead Turnpike in East Meadow, according to its website.
