This project, nestled on South McColl Road, spans nearly two acres and promises to serve the South McAllen-Pharr submarket with 762 climate-controlled units.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The partnership between Bakke Development and BCDC has been a fruitful one, with this new project marking their fourth collaboration in the self storage sector. Their most recent endeavor, an 802-unit facility also in McAllen, commenced construction earlier this year.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
