It is being built at 210 Cuatro Vientos Rd. The facility has an estimated cost of $1.5 million.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The self-storage facility is owned by Manok Investments in Laredo.
