He specializes in acquisitions and dispositions in the self storage asset class and has been involved in $2.0 billion in property sales and structured financing\/equity placement.<\/p>\n<p>His experience also includes performing valuation and value enhancement consulting assignments to help clients identify and boost their property values.&nbsp; Additional assignments include unit mix analysis, demographic and market analysis and inspection and lock checks.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining JLL in 2012, Steve was a director of the National Self Storage Team at Grubb &amp; Ellis. Prior to that, he was a director at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler.
