Completion is scheduled for early 2025.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The development will comprise two three-story buildings encompassing 700 units each. Plans also call for a separate warehouse including 1,250 mobile storage containers. Amenities are slated to feature climate-controlled units, around-the-clock access, as well as security.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Located at 3500 Powder House Road, the project is bordered by State Route 11 to the east, while State Route 42 is some 2 miles north. Downtown Sioux Falls is 6 miles northwest. Four other storage facilities within a 3-mile radius providing residents with 4.7 net rentable square feet per capita.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">In February, U-Haul broke ground on another South Dakota storage facility.
