True Storage opened its third self-storage development this year located at 2201 Boston Rd. This completion marks the company\u2019s first ground-up completion in 2024, and their second multi-story new build in Massachusetts. The design build self-storage developer bought the acreage on Boston Rd. in 2022 and completed the two-story build earlier this month.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n This class A self-storage ground up features True Storage\u2019s expertise in development of storage facilities that serve a public need. Day-to-day operations will be managed by Extra Space Storage, while True Storage retains ownership of the property.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n The property features 65,403 net rentable s\/f throughout 671 climate-controlled units of varying sizes to accommodate storage needs for local businesses and individuals. Located on Boston Rd. (US Rte. 20) the site is located next to Dunkin Donuts, Big Y Supermarket, The Home Depot, and various restaurants.
