Renderings depicted a four-story standalone storage building and a three-story structure combining housing and storage space under a single roof. The housing would wrap the exterior of the site &#8211; a corner lot at Maclay&#8217;s intersection with Bromont Avenue.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">While this is the first time Trojan has attempted this strategy in Los Angeles, it will not be the last. The company is planning a similar development which would mask a storage space with multifamily housing in Sun Valley.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">These projects are part of a growing trend of unusual developments folding housing into the mix.
