LandPark Advisors, LLC, in collaboration with Sunset Capital, LLC (collectively, \u201cLandPark Sunset Storage III\u201d) acquired a newly constructed, Class A self-storage facility in the vibrant city of Tomball, Texas. The facility, currently known as \u201cSentinel Self Storage,\u201d will soon operate under the brand of Right Move Storage.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Sentinel Self Storage features 80,195 rentable square feet of storage space totaling 350 units and is situated on 4.73 acres. Construction began in 2023 and the facility officially opened for business in April 2024. Sentinel Self Storage offers a range of amenities including an automated security gate with key-code access, roll-up doors, concrete driveways, a manager\u2019s office, and video surveillance throughout the property. Additionally, a sufficient detention pond has been incorporated for drainage purposes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

With excellent visibility from FM 2920, a major thoroughfare in the northwestern portion of the Houston MSA, Sentinel Self Storage benefits from significant exposure to passing vehicles and is located adjacent to two new master-planned communities. The area is experiencing substantial residential growth with new single-family housing developments, further strengthening Sentinel Self Storage\u2019s consumer base.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
