Buyers rely on him to guide them through the due diligence process while sellers expect sound financial analysis and property valuations so that their properties will be priced to sell but yield maximum value.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Mark began his commercial real estate career at Sperry Van Ness where he focused primarily on self-storage. In 2007, he was instrumental in the formation of the Self Storage Association of Michigan and served on its initial board of directors. He is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Kinesiology.
