Mabey\u2019s Moving & Storage, a longtime family owned and operated company, is growing in the Capital Region with the opening of its newest storage facility in Ballston.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe facility is a fully climate-controlled building, around 56,000 square feet, with 350 units,\u201d said Greg Blass. He is part of the third generation of company leadership.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Security is a main focus at the new space, with cameras throughout the building, and an on-site manager who\u2019s always happy to greet customers and answer questions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

With this new addition, Mabey\u2019s now has a grand total of 11 self-storage sites in the Capital District.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Though much has changed over the past 65 years since the company was founded by patriarch Bob Mabey, one thing that remains the same is the family\u2019s business philosophy. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
