Leesburg commissioners have approved the construction of a 190,000-square-foot storage facility.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The building which will be used as an indoor self-storage facility, is located west of U.S. Hwy. 27 and north of El Presidente Boulevard.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

It will also have an outdoor area for the storage of boats, RVs and campers. The main building will also contain a manager\u2019s apartment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The commission also annexed the 10.02-acre parcel which will hold the self-storage building and established a Planned Unit Development PUD for the developer, Infinity Holdings 111 which is located at 27101 U.S. Hwy 27 in Leesburg.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The PUD sets a maximum building height which shall not exceed three stories with a maximum height of 35 feet. Access to the self-storage area will be off of U.S. Hwy. 27.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
