U-Haul acquired the property on Oct. 22.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">The future four-story development will cover a 2.5-acre site and will feature climate- and non-climate-controlled options, as well as truck and trailer sharing, professional hitch installation, towing accessories, a retail showroom and a drive-in load\/unload area.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">The development will be at the intersection between Garrett Highway and Glendale Road. The closest U-Haul full-service facility is more than 50 miles away. The company currently operates and manages 44 other self storage properties in Maryland.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">This week, U-Haul opened a 344-unit self storage property in Biloxi, Miss.
