A new Sentinel Self-Storage facility has opened in Sherwood at 15200 S.W. Century Drive. The state-of-the-art facility at 15200 S.W. Century Drive marks the fifth location in the city, built by Langer Family LLC.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cThe facility brings modern, secure storage solutions to the community, meeting a wide range of needs with convenience and quality,\u201d said a news release about the new space. \u201cThe facility features 677 storage units, offering a total of 68,460 rentable square feet.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Amenities include advanced security systems, flexible access hours and online rental capabilities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Retail and office rental spaces are available onsite as well. One of those tenants that will occupy space there will be DogStop, which provides doggy day care.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Developed by Matt Langer, Sentinel Self-Storage was prepared and constructed by Lake Oswego\u2019s Pence Construction and Sherwood\u2019s Northwest Earthmovers. It is managed by West Coast Self-Storage Group, which oversees 145 storage other locations throughout the United States.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n “We\u2019re excited to bring another top-tier storage option to the Sherwood community with the opening of Sentinel Self-Storage on Century Drive,” said Paul Beyer, district manager for West Coast Self-Storage. “With a range of heated interior units and drive-up storage, this facility reflects our commitment to meeting the growing needs of the area. We\u2019re proud to provide a storage experience that combines convenience, security, and exceptional customer service.”<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n The self-storage location is part of the new Parkway South Retail center, an extensive center that includes a total of 36,000 square feet of retail space along Langer Farms Parkway and Century Drive. New tenants there will include KinderCare, Prime Tap House, Goldfish Swim School, Kumo Sushi, IQ Credit Union, a pediatric clinic and an unnamed nail salon.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
