At its Monday meeting, the Frankfort Village Board approved special use permits for a self-storage facility at 145 Industry Ave.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The business, All Purpose Storage Frankfort LLC, will construct four buildings, Trustee Adam Borrelli said. The buildings will be 32,200 square feet in an I-2 general industrial district.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

“These buildings will complement the existing non-conforming storage facility, which currently consists of eight storage buildings,” Borrelli said.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Board approved special use permits for the facility and for extended hours of operation. It also approved zoning variations to waive the requirement for a loading berth and to allow the use of stone veneer.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Finally, the Board approved the preliminary and final plat of subdivision.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Extended hours would be from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. The property is 5.59 acres, and includes three parcels that the property owners will consolidate, according to Board documents.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
