Serving as Family Heirloom Storage’s inaugural expansion into a major metropolitan area\u2014as well as the Company’s flagship location in the region\u2014Family Heirloom Storage of Chattanooga encompasses three separate storage sites located on 5.13 acres, which contain 648 units of climate and non-climate controlled storage.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Family Heirloom Storage of Chattanooga is the Company’s most recently acquired storage facility. Each of FHS \u2013 Chattanooga’s storage buildings was developed using block and steel construction and the turnkey condition of the facility has helped showcase FHS \u2013 Chattanooga’s position as a best-in-class provider of self-storage services.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The opening of FHS \u2013 Chattanooga comes at an opportune time for both Family Heirloom Storage and Chattanooga’s business and consumer markets.
