The Lock Up purchased the structure, which has a gross floor area of 30,836 square feet, in January.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\">\u201c<span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">This project is a new 5-story steel framed self-storage facility with future retail tenant space located on the first floor,\u201d a project description says. \u201cAll existing buildings on the property on the site will be removed in [their] entirety.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Site plans propose at least 21 parking spaces and 76,711 square feet of storage area.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Neither the NAFCU nor The Lock Up responded to a request for comment.
