The property is owned by CBPS III, LLC.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">A public hearing on Feb. 6 drew opposition from several Paffendorf Drive residents, who raised concerns about traffic and road access. Engineer John Queenan of Lanc &amp; Tully addressed these concerns at the March 6 meeting, noting that road access issues would be resolved via an easement and that truck traffic would cease once construction was completed.
