Plans include an office, 21 parking spaces and a loading bay. The use is permitted by right as a mini-warehouse.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Project engineer Reuben Buck of Engineering and Surveying Properties said the plan has received conceptual approval from the state Department of Transportation, a height waiver, and correspondence from the Department of Environmental Conservation permitting the abandonment of several on-site monitoring wells.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The board received a local determination from Orange County and noted that a variance was granted by the state Department of State for a second required entrance.
