Construction has begun on Stor-It Right at Pabst Farms, LLC at 1030 Blue Ribbon Circle Drive North, located in the Pabst Farms Commerce Center west of Wisconsin Harley-Davidson and south of the Lake Country DockHounds ballpark.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This is the second location for Stor-It Right, which has been in business in Hartland since 2022.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

“We\u2019ve seen not only demand for storage grow in Lake Country but also requests for premium Class A self-storage facilities with special amenities,” said Katie Grasch, who owns and operates the family business with her husband, Joe Grasch.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

According to a news release, it\u2019s estimated that 1 in 3 Americans rely on self-storage units, which is often the result of people moving, downsizing, and the need to store seasonal items.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The new Pabst Farms location will offer seven buildings totaling more than 500 units and 120,000 square feet of rentable space on more than 8 acres. The units will be from 25 to 1,200 square feet and drive-up access units at 200 to 1,200 square feet. These 1,200-square-foot “SUPER MEGA” units measure 24 feet by 50 feet and feature temperature and humidity control, as well as a large 14-foot-by-14-foot automatic garage door, power, and service doors. LED lighting, in-unit power and automatic garage doors are standard amenities in all drive-up units.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Units will be available beginning in August for occupancy.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
