The facility includes 321 climate-controlled units, 58 of those being drive-up, and 374 non-climate-controlled units, with 68 being drive-up. All units are indoor.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\">\u201c<span style=\"font-family: Lato, Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The addition of the Belle Road facility exemplifies our focus on delivering modern storage solutions in high-demand markets,\u201d Tom Kilko, director of development and construction for IRE, said in a statement. \u201cThis facility combines cutting-edge design with operational flexibility, ensuring immediate value for customers.
