Chuck and Paula Stone, along with family members Charles Stone, Chris Bell, and Darlene Bell, are turning a portion of 76 acres they own in Hollywood into a new business venture. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cThe multi-purpose plans for the property have several phases. We are in Phase 1 right now,\u201d said Chuck.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Phase 1, now completed, was clearing the property and building a 24\/7 access, 80-unit storage facility named My Stuff Storage. The storage units consist of 40 \u2013 10 x 15 units, 20 \u201310 x 20 units, and 20 – 10 x 10 units. \u201cThese units are newly built and nice and clean,\u201d said Chuck. \u201cWe spray and lay traps to keep them pest-free.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Phase 11 will be the addition of a full-hookup campground offering monthly rental spaces. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cThe campground will offer some nice shady spots, and we plan on adding a small lake near the campground,\u201d said Chuck.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n My Stuff Storage\u2019s mission statement: \u201cTo provide affordable and convenient self-storage options to our customers.
