HSS Mickley LLC purchased the 1.5-acre parcel at 1176 Mickley Road for $2.3 million in May, according to Lehigh County real estate records.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

HSS Mickley shares an address in Berwyn, Chester County, with Hearthfire Holdings, a real estate investment firm specializing in self-storage facilities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The township planning commission approved Hearthfire\u2019s plan for the site in August.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

According to Green Acres\u2019 website, the company opened a year-round lawn furniture business at the location in 1991. It moved in 2023 to a larger location along Schantz Road in Lower Macungie Township.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
