Matt began his real estate career as an intern with Randall Commercial Group in Oxford, Mississippi, and went on to manage investment valuations and property renovations in Memphis with the largest single-family rental operator in the Southern U.S. He later joined Marcus & Millichap in 2019, where he specialized in the acquisition, disposition, and financing of self-storage assets, quickly rising from Associate to Director of Investments.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

A native of Madison, Mississippi, Matt is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with degrees in Banking & Finance, Managerial Finance, and Real Estate.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
