Big Yellow Group PLC on Tuesday said it has received planning consent for a new site in Staines, southeast England. The self-storage company had exchanged contracts to acquire the site back in December 2020. The Surrey-based firm has received planning permission for a 65,000-square-foot store at the site. “In addition, consent was received to develop 9 industrial units totaling 99,000 sq ft,” Big Yellow added.
