Ashley Compton is a Principal and Vice Chairman at Colliers and also a leader of the Colliers Self Storage group which specializes in advising clients in the disposition, acquisition and recapitalization of self-storage facilities throughout the United States. His single mission for each client is to utilize his knowledge and experience to exceed expectations. He develops a customized marketing plan for each client to ensure maximum sales proceeds while minimizing exposure to risk by reducing the transaction timeline. Integrity, ethics and experience guide every interaction and define his service approach with clients and colleagues. He has successfully assisted clients, who range from private investors owning a single facility to publicly traded REITs, in the sale of more than $2.2 billion and 20.2 million square feet of self-storage during his 19-year career.
Ashley has been awarded the Everest Club Award, which is awarded to the top 10% of producers nationally, every year since joining Colliers in 2016.
