Michael Sanders is an investment associate with The LeClaire-Schlosser Group of Marcus & Millichap. He is focused on serving his clients in the acquisition and disposition of self storage facilities in Phoenix as well as secondary and tertiary Arizona markets. Michael graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Dixie State University in St. George, Utah. While attending school, he participated on the University’s football team. Michael led the Trailblazers as the starting quarterback as well as a team captain. While excelling on the field, he also won in the classroom being named to the All-Conference Academic Team. He started his real estate career working as a land broker where he represented owners in the disposition of vacant land in the Phoenix MSA. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, he worked on the development side of commercial real estate. The knowledge he has gained in different realms of the real estate industry allows him to provide clients with different perspectives when it comes to investment strategies.
When Michael is not working, you can find him enjoying his free time on the golf course. He also enjoys going to sporting events, working out and spending time with family. He resides where he grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona and is based out of the firm’s Phoenix office.
