Bellomy & Co. announced the sale of the three property Cornerstone Storage Portfolio in Iowa. Each property is located northeast of Omaha/Council Bluffs MSA. The portfolio is comprised of 309 non-climate units and 45,000 NRSF.
Bill Bellomy and Michael Johnson of Bellomy & Co. represented Cornerstone Storage LLC, the Nebraska based seller. Bellomy & Co. also procured the Missouri and Pennsylvania undisclosed buyers.
