MYCON General Contractors broke ground on the 127,205-square-foot development, marking it the seventh project with U-Haul. The facility is set for completion in March 2025. Design firm Ware Malcomb said construction is complete on a new four-building, self-storage development at 89 US 46 in Budd Lake, NJ, about 45 miles west of New York City.
