CubeSmart Self Storage will be holding its ribbon-cutting ceremony at 9 a.m. Friday, June 14, at its new location, 2 Springfield Road, Aldan, Pennsylvania.
Mayor Michael Ceci and Aldan Borough Council representative Kate Blunt will be on hand to mark the grand opening of the state-of-the-art self-storage facility.
The two-building facility sits on the site formerly occupied by Phillips Enterprise. Blue Devil Realty LLC purchased and redeveloped the property at Springfield Road and Pennsylvania Avenue. The multi-million-dollar project included an extensive environmental cleanup.
CubeSmart provides management services on behalf of Blue Devil Realty. Aldan CubeSmart will be professionally managed by CubeSmart experts who can assist with determining the size unit to best suit an individual’s or company’s needs.
Community members can benefit from self-storage in many ways, from short term to store items for a move or renovation to long term to store small business supplies, inventory or office equipment. The new storage facility will have 718 secure, clean, climate-controlled storage units.
“We are so proud in taking this former vacant and polluted industrial site and transforming it into this state of the art self storage facility, managed by none better, Cube Smart,” remarked Sean Knapp of Blue Devil Realty.
