Devon Self Storage in Middletown is now part of U-Haul’s network of neighborhood dealers, bringing more moving options to Newport County.
The partnership, which kicked off on June 4, 2025, means Devon Self Storage at 75 Browns Lane now offers U-Haul trucks, trailers, towing equipment, and moving supplies.
The new U-Haul location is open Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
This setup is part of U-Haul’s long-standing independent dealer program, which began in 1945 and now encompasses over 21,000 dealers across the U.S. and Canada.
A U-Haul representative points out, “Renting from a U-Haul dealer directly supports a small business in your community.”
U-Haul now has more than 24,000 rental locations across North America, with 193,900 trucks and 138,200 trailers.
The company has also expanded into self-storage, offering 1,060,000 rentable units across 92 million square feet of facilities that it owns and manages.
