Ed Nicholson joined AAAA Self Storage in 2015 and has learned the self-storage industry from the ground up. Having excelled in several roles in the operations department of AAAA Self Storage, Mr. Nicholson has gained a practical working knowledge of the self-storage industry. In 2019 Mr. Nicholson was ready for a new challenge and joined the Business Development department at the Nicholson Companies to focus on investment sales and third-party management.
With experience in every aspect of the self-storage industry, Mr. Nicholson has a unique skill set to not only provide brokerage services to his clients but also to serve in an advisory capacity to clients who are looking to add value to their self-storage assets. Mr. Nicholson is proud to be part of the third generation of his family to work in the self-storage industry.
