Rob Schick has been a licensed broker in the Indianapolis area for over 25 years and is the Argus Broker Affiliate for the State of Indiana. A graduate of Indiana University with a finance degree, Rob began his career in mortgage banking and after six years, transitioned over to commercial real estate brokerage joining Revel & Underwood, Inc. in 1995.
Rob is well versed in all asset classes but has focused primarily on self storage the past 15 years. He has the experience and expertise to accurately value facilities regardless of where they fit in the market – C of O deals, early phase lease-up or stabilized. He is also a self storage owner and developer having built three facilities in the past 12 years.
Rob concentrates on the disposition and acquisition of self storage facilities for his clients and has amassed over $170 million in self storage sales.
