Chuck and Paula Stone, along with family members Charles Stone, Chris Bell, and Darlene Bell, are turning a portion of 76 acres they own in Hollywood into a new business venture.
“The multi-purpose plans for the property have several phases. We are in Phase 1 right now,” said Chuck.
Phase 1, now completed, was clearing the property and building a 24/7 access, 80-unit storage facility named My Stuff Storage. The storage units consist of 40 – 10 x 15 units, 20 –10 x 20 units, and 20 – 10 x 10 units. “These units are newly built and nice and clean,” said Chuck. “We spray and lay traps to keep them pest-free.”
Phase 11 will be the addition of a full-hookup campground offering monthly rental spaces.
“The campground will offer some nice shady spots, and we plan on adding a small lake near the campground,” said Chuck.

Additionally, the property has outdoor parking spaces for boats, campers, and more. Chuck said the outdoor lighting, security system, and gate are all currently being worked on. Also, a list is being created for anyone needing 30-foot mega unit storage.
