Safeguard Self Storage is pleased to announce the successful completion of a significant parking expansion project at its Seffner location. The expansion, part of Safeguard’s commitment to meeting the evolving storage needs of the community, added 53 new parking spaces, enhancing the facility’s capacity, and offering convenient options for residents in Seffner and the surrounding areas.

Situated at 1615 South Kingsway Road in Seffner, Florida, the Seffner Safeguard Phase II now features an impressive total of 26,400 net rentable square feet dedicated to parking, offering various sizes, including 12.5 x 32, 12.5 x 35, and 12.5 x 50. In addition to the traditional outdoor auto and boat storage parking, 38 of the 53 new units are covered parking, dedicated to RV storage, and feature electrical hookups. This expansion addresses the growing demand for storage options, providing both covered and uncovered parking spaces.

The facility offers an array of amenities including touchless computer-controlled access, digital video recording, deliveries accepted for business customers, and more.
