A developer proposing a self-storage facility in Chino Hills has received approval from the City of Chino to connect to its water and sewer system. The William Warren Group is planning to build a four-story 62,950-square-foot facility with 741 storage units on the southeast corner of Chino Hills Parkway and Monte Vista Avenue.
