
Jackson Randolph joined Versal in 2025 to focus on the firm’s Self-Storage Debt and Equity Advisory practice. Before joining Versal, he served as the Director of Capital Markets for Alpine Partners, where he successfully placed $115 million of debt or equity for various acquisitions, refinances, and ground-up developments. Prior to joining Alpine, he held acquisition deal lead roles at boutique commercial real estate investment platforms and was responsible for the acquisition and capitalization of $84MM of assets. Before that, he was a member of Newmark’s Debt, Equity, and Structured Finance Team within its capital markets platform.
To date, he has arranged financing for, acquired, or developed $4B of commercial real estate assets. He has transacted with banks, debt funds, life insurance companies, SBA, CMBS, and GSE lenders.
Jackson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance (Class of ‘16) and a Master of Land Economics and Real Estate (Class of ’17) from Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School.
