The Roxboro City Council unanimously voted to approve a site plan for a self-storage facility at 1147 Shelton Road Tuesday night. The facility is proposed to feature 16,314 square feet of buildings with one office and five self-storage buildings, triggering a major site review by the council Tuesday night. The 70,147-rentable-square-foot property formerly was an office building originally completed in 1972. BenCo Construction was part of the development team.
