HSS Mickley LLC purchased the 1.5-acre parcel at 1176 Mickley Road for $2.3 million in May, according to Lehigh County real estate records. HSS Mickley shares an address in Berwyn, Chester County, with Hearthfire Holdings, a real estate investment firm specializing in self-storage facilities.
