Digital bank OakNorth has provided an £11.7m loan to independent operator Cinch Self Storage to fund two new developments in Leeds and Bedford, adding more than 120,000 sq ft of lettable space to its portfolio. The Leeds site involves converting a brownfield location in a market with limited storage supply, while the Bedford project extends an existing facility with additional units and office space.
