Big Yellow Self Storage has completed a new six-storey facility at Staples Corner, North London, delivered by contractor Glencar. The 131,000 sq ft development replaces an older leasehold store and incorporates around 2,000 sq ft of office space. Rated BREEAM Excellent and EPC A, the building includes rooftop solar, EV charging, and battery storage.
The scheme reflects wider industry movement toward high-specification, sustainability-focused urban storage development in the UK.
