Here Self Storage has opened its third UK facility in Salisbury, in the former Matalan premises on Southampton Road.
The £10m facility has more than 60,000 sq ft of flexible storage space and is operated by Engage Management Services.
It combines smart technology with community-focused initiatives, including in-store book libraries, local charity partnerships and sustainability features such as solar panels, EV charging points, and a tree planted for every new customer.
Mark van Adrichem, CEO of Engage, said: “This facility combines secure, flexible storage with smart technology, making it easier for businesses, students, and residents to manage their space.
“At the same time, it’s designed to give back to the community through initiatives like our in-store book library and local charity partnerships.”
