Derek Walker is the Principal of Box Pro, a consulting firm specializing in self-storage and RV/boat storage feasibility studies. Throughout Mr. Walker’s career, he has developed and managed more than 25 facilities and conducted hundreds of studies on properties throughout North America since 2010.
Mr. Walker has also worked in economic development consulting, structuring large-scale mixed-use revitalization projects with public and private clients. In addition to self-storage and RV/boat storage, Mr. Walker has also conducted feasibility studies for hotel/resort, industrial, multifamily, office, and other mixed-use projects.
He has a Bachelors in Economics from the University of Utah and a Masters in Real Estate Development from New York University.
