HSS Mickley LLC purchased the 1.5-acre parcel at 1176 Mickley Road for $2.3 million in May, according to Lehigh County real estate records. A storage facility off Quail Creek Road that sustained thousands of dollars in damage earlier this year is set to be rebuilt by October, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation permit.
