An industrial property in Copiague will soon be redeveloped into a self-storage facility. Lake Success-based SNL Storage purchased the 32,400-square-foot building on 1.9 acres at 1550 Sunrise Highway for $5.2 million. The property was formerly occupied by Pets Warehouse.
