The facility opened its doors on July 1, 2026, adding significant capacity to one of Central Florida’s fastest-growing markets and expanding White Label Storage’s footprint in the Southeast.
Sunny Storage represents the first self-storage development for the ownership group and the beginning of a broader strategy to grow its presence throughout Central Florida.
