U.S. Property Development has opened a self-storage facility at 5661 Camp Road in Hamburg, New York, managed by CubeSmart. The 12-acre development includes approximately 77,000 square feet and 544 units spanning climate-controlled and drive-up configurations. The site was previously undeveloped.
The project is one of several examples of private developers partnering with national third-party operators to bring new self-storage supply to suburban markets outside major metros.
