SAFStor Buys Land for Potential Self-Storage Development in Glenwood, Oregon

Atlanta-based SAFStor has purchased 5.75 acres in Glenwood, Oregon, for $1.43 million, according to a Lane County deed recorded September 2. The company has secured an $11.4 million construction line of credit against the property, though no specific development plans have been filed or announced. The Glenwood site would be SAFStor’s first Oregon location within a portfolio of roughly 80 projects nationwide.

Several self-storage facilities already operate nearby on Franklin Boulevard in the Eugene-Springfield area.
